When you’re running a business, you have to sometimes take a moment to consider - ‘what can your competitors do to put you out of business?’
This makes you think a bit about the potential areas for improvement in your business. One way I look at it is - what can I do TODAY to put myself out of business TOMORROW?
What this means is - if 10 similar companies opened their doors tomorrow morning - what would they be doing differently than ME in order to attract all of my clients.
After thinking long and hard about this, I’ve come up with several things that could put me out of business and the plan is to try and incorporate as many of those ideas as possible into my business model to stay ahead of competition.
This is the writing prompt that I used:
“Imagine someone launched a new company today and they are taking ALL of your clients…what are they doing differently?”
